My personality is INTP according to a Myers-Briggs online personality test. I was fairly shy as a kid, but not really anymore. I have seen varying things about how heritable personality is, with some studies show it to be quite low (e.g. Heritability estimates of the Big Five personality traits based on common genetic variants - PMC (nih.gov).

I've generally been fairly healthy as an adult. My blood work is usually pretty good, though I am prone to having somewhat low HDL (good cholesterol). That is mild and I'm not aware of any ancestors having heart problems.
I was fortunate to be quite good at standardized tests, including a perfect 1600/1600 SAT. I'm not sure what day-to-day life skills (if any) this affects, but it is extremely helpful (or at least was in my day) for getting into good schools. That in turn can be helpful later in life. IQ does seem to be largely heritable, .
