2. Donor-Recipient Acknowledgement

By agreeing to use the specific donor-recipient interaction services provided by this Site, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts the unique circumstances and potential outcomes associated with these interactions. The User affirms that they have reviewed the donor agreement below and agree to all stipulations.

In particular the User agrees the site operator/donor is solely a donor and not a father for legal purposes to any children. User will not seek child support and releases donor from any possible obligations. User understands that the donor has no limit on donations, has had many prior successes and no plans on ever stopping.  Donor will not be affected by any discomfort that recipient or Child may come to feel in the future about the presence of numerous other half-siblings and is likely to consider any such complaints as selfishness considering that the child’s very existence likely depended on this attitude of donor .

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the Site (except for user-generated content) is owned by us or our licensors, including without limitation, text, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features (“Content”). You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Content.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
